What you will need

  • A valid passport and accurate personal information
  • A passport-style photo (JPEG or PNG, 3 × 4 proportion)
  • Contact details for you, parents / guardians, and an emergency contact
  • Academic history from every secondary or special school you attended
  • Scanned documents (CV, transcripts with translation, passport copy, etc.)
  • A short answer about how you first heard about BITU

How the portal works

  1. Create an account with your email.
  2. Complete ten short sections — a progress bar shows how far you have come.
  3. Review the generated PDF and submit when you are happy.
  4. Receive an email at each review stage; check back any time.
